Mark Holmes is the managing partner and based in our Burnley office. Mark tends to spend most of his time dealing with corporate matters, or with entities that need to be compliant with specialist rules, such as solicitors. He has particular experience of the Corporate Finance world where he has acted on a number of acquisitions and disposals of owner managed businesses. Mark also has extensive knowledge of the charitable and voluntary sectors where he acts for a variety of local organisations. Mark has a keen interest in all forms of motor sport.
